May 10^11 AM to 6 PM	HRMM Shad Festival & Rondout Waterfront Festival with Mystic Whaler & Rondout Business Association. HRMM’s “Shad (less)” Festival 11:00 am – 6:00 pm Festival celebrating the Hudson River (“Muhheakantuck – The River that Bridged Two Worlds) along with the history and uncertain future of the Shad. “Arm of the Sea” ‘Turtle Island Medicine Show’ and Parade; Sue Olan, Mohawk Clan Iroquois Storyteller; Susan McLellan Plaisted, Heart to Hearth Cookery (living interpretation of Native American foodways); Local Foods; Children’s Activities; Music; Educational/Environmental Exhibits; Preview of September’s National Boat Building Challenge; and more! .
