Rondout Valley School’s John J. Harvey Fireboat 9/11 Interactive Museum
Featuring art and artifacts related to the John J. Harvey and the attacks of September 11th, 2001. Museum will be on display in the new Kingston Home Port and Education Center at HRMM.
Maritime Cup Regatta
HRYRA and the Kingston Sailing Club host the annual “Maritime Cup Regatta” to benefit HRMM. Race takes place on the Hudson River and is best seen from Kingston Point Park. Kingston High School Rowing Regatta and HVRL Sculling Championship
HRMM hosts the KHS crew team’s regatta and the HVRL Sculling Championship. Activities begin at 3:00 PM.

John J. Harvey, Historic 9/11 Fireboat at HRMM
The John J. Harvey, a historic fireboat which assisted New York City firefighters during the attacks of September 11th, 2001 will be at HRMM’s docks to provide educational programming for area school groups.

Memorial Day – Veterans Free
In honor of Memorial Day, veterans receive free admission to the museum. Active duty military and their families are always free with military ID as HRMM is part of the Blue Star Museum program.

Join us for the first Cinema Sunday of the season! Featuring “Treasure Island” (1990) starring Charleton Heston and a young Christian Bale. In partnership with The Kingston Library. Suggested donation of $5. Proceeds benefit Hudson River Maritime Museum education programs. Film starts at 2 pm in the new Kingston Home Port and Education Center.
