Heroes' Day

Saturday, September 14, 2019

Join the Hudson River Maritime Museum as we honor area fire, police, and rescue departments in an event highlighting the courage, selflessness, and sacrifice of Emergency Service Personnel. Heroes' Day is being held on Saturday, September 14 from 12 pm - 5 pm at the Hudson River Maritime Museum. The Fireboat John J. Harvey will be on our docks again, as well as a United States Coast Guard Buoy Tender. Both vessels will have FREE deck tours available to the public all afternoon. In the yard, we will have Ulster County Sheriff's Office Dive and K-9 Units providing interactive demonstrations for the public. New this year to the event, Kingston Fire Department will provide Fire Safety Training demonstrations to the public utilizing their Fire Safety Trailer.

Free John J Harvey Sails on Saturday, September 14, 2019
