Solaris—a 100% solar-powered boat—holds just 24 passengers and offers guests 360-degree views and a feeling of closeness with the river. With no exhaust, no engine noise, just the low purr of an electric motor, she glides along peacefully allowing the sound of water lapping against the boat’s hull to take center stage throughout the voyage.

Located in Poughkeepsie NY, Mill House Brewing Company has been serving the locals and tourists alike award-winning elevated American style food and craft beer since 2013. Locality and simplicity take the reins when it comes to our two New York beers; Mill House Light, our 100% American Premium Light Lager, and our State of Mind, our New York IPA. Not only do both beers showcase New York flavors in classic, timeless ways that tantalize the palette and let the bounty of our beautiful state shine through, but both utilize the Hudson River as a waterway for ingredients, as an ingredient itself, and as you see with this Elements of Taste Cruise, for educational purposes. |
