Keynote Dinner & Presentation
Guest speaker: Captain Nitzan Levy Friday, March 22, 2024, 6:00pm-9:00pm Join us for our pre-conference dinner at Savonas Next Door, 11 Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401. Conference attendees and instructors will gather to get to know each other over an informal family style meal. Cost is $50 per person and a cash bar will be available. Please note: Registration for the dinner is separate from the conference Captain Nitzan Levy is a Sailor, Social Entrepreneur, and the Founder of Sailors NYC, a recreational sailors’ club based in Jersey City, New Jersey that specializes in cruising boats and a variety of community programs. Capt. Levy has over 20 years of sailing experience and has sailed in many places around the world including: the Atlantic Ocean, the Mediterranean Sea, The Caribbean, and the Indian Ocean. Capt. Levy is a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Master of vessels up to 50 Tons with Auxiliary Sail and Assistance Towing Endorsements. Capt. Levy is also a NauticEd Level V Captain Rank Chief Instructor, an American National Standards Assessor, an SLC instructor, an ASA (American Sailing Association) Certified Instructor Bareboat Chartering, and an Israeli licensed skipper on Boats for International Voyages.

The 2024 Riverport Women’s Sailing Conference (RWSC) is co-sponsored by the Kingston Sailing Club and will be held in person, on land, at the Hudson River Maritime Museum in Kingston, New York. This annual gathering of sailors and aspiring sailors welcomes people who have not traditionally been able to learn to sail into the maritime community and offers them the opportunity to improve their sailing skills.
