Paddle Board Yoga & Tours

Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga

Enjoy a relaxing yoga class while floating on the serene waters of the Rondout Creek. Each yoga class begins with an instruction in paddle boarding so even beginner’s and non-paddlers alike are welcome to join! We will spend some time exploring the waters of the Rondout Creek before dropping anchor for a relaxing 1-hour yoga session. This class is designed to encourage awareness of the natural world while taking the time to build a strong foundation to cultivate confidence in your practice.

Whether you are experienced, new to yoga, new to paddle boarding, or new to the Hudson River, all are welcome!

This class is led and taught by experienced paddle boarder and certified yoga instructor Stephanie Fischer; and is limited to 6 people so please reserve your spot in advance!

Paddle Board Nature Tour

The Hudson River Maritime Museum is excited to offer 2-hour SUP tours beginning in the Rondout Creek and into the Hudson River. Learn about the diverse ecosystem of the river and historical industries that have existed along and shaped the current state of the Hudson River.  Open to all levels of experience and interest.

This tour is limited to 6 people so please reserve your spot in advance!
