Introduction to Youth Sailing is a series of five 3-hour sessions (15 hours in total) that introduces children ages seven to nine to the basics of sailing.
Intro to Youth Sailing welcomes students in a nurturing environment to ensure each student feels comfortable, is safe, has fun, and learns while making new friends and having new experiences. |
The Parent-Child Sailing class is for parents (or grandparents, caretakers, relatives) and their children ages five to eight. The class comprises five 3-hour sessions (15 hours total), and aims to introduce children to the basics of sailing in a nurturing environment so that each student develops as a sailor while making new friends and having new experiences. The course is designed for one parent (or grandparent, etc.) to sail with one child. No prior sailing experience is necessary. Please register and pay tuition for two individuals: child and adult |
The Sailing School reserves a limited number of spaces in each class for scholarship recipients. Please wait to hear whether you are eligible for a scholarship before you register for a class.
Our scholarship fund is generously supported by individuals in our community. If you, or your business, would like to make a donation to empower a new generation of youth sailors, please click on the button below.
